几种保鲜剂对月季切花的保鲜作用 被引量:8

摘要 以CaCl2、ZnCl2和NaCl为保鲜试剂,进行月季切花瓶插试验,对瓶插寿命,鲜重,花径,体内水分平衡,细胞膜相对透性,呼吸强度等月季切花的生理生化指标进行了探讨。结果表明:0.5%的CaCl2、0.01%的ZnCl2和0.01%的NaCl这3种保鲜剂能增强花枝的吸水能力,增加花枝的鲜重,保持切花的水分平衡,减少溶质外渗,维持膜结构的相对稳定性,提高切花瓶插期的观赏品质,延长月季切花的瓶插寿命。其中,以0.5%的CaCl2的保鲜效果最佳,瓶插寿命延长4-4.5 d。 In the paper,the base of cut Rosa was steeped in CaCl2、ZnCl2 and NaCl solution.And the fresh-keeping effect was discussed from the aspects of vase-life,fresh weight,flower diameter,water balance,relative membrane permeability and respiration intensity,etc.The results showed that 0.5% CaCl2、0.01% ZnCl2 and 0.01% NaCl could increase the water absorption capacity and fresh weight of cut Rosa,and maintain water balance,and decrease the solute exosmosis,maintain the stability of membrane in petals of cut Rosa,and maintain water balance, and decrease the solute exosmosis, maintain the stability of membrane in petals of cut Rosa, and improve the ornamental quality of cut flowers in vasing duration, The vase-life of cut Rosa could be extend, The best flesh-keeping liquid was 0.5% CaC12 solution,It could extend the vase-life of cut Rosa for 4 - 4,5 days than control.
