沼肥对生菜中重金属含量的影响

Influnce of Biogas Manures on Heavy Metal Content in Lettuce

通过沼肥与化肥的混合施用,对生菜品质中重金属汞、砷、铬、镉和铅含量的影响进行试验研究,目的是为沼气的综合利用提供理论依据和技术支持。试验结果表明:重金属汞、铬和镉随着沼肥施用量、施用比例的增加,它们在生菜中的含量呈下降趋势;而砷和铅特殊一些,在沼肥和化肥混合施用时,生菜中的砷含量与对照相比成倍增加。1∶1施用沼肥和化肥时,生菜中铅含量要高于完全施用化肥。

In order to supply theoretical basis and teehnologieal support for integrated utilization of biogas. Study on the influence of the mixed use of biogas manures and fertilizer to the content of heavy metal Hg, As, Cr, Cd and Pb of lettuce was done. The result showed that the content of Hg, Cr and Cd of lettuce was decreasing as the increasing pmportinn and amount of biogas manures used. But As and Pb were special. When the biogas manures and fertilizer were used together, the content of As was increasing exponentially to the CK. When the biogas mamtres and fertilizer were used at the same amount, the content of Pb of lettuce was higher than that used fertilizer exclusively.
