对河北省农村地区农药污染和安全使用的调查显示,经济效益、安全意识、农药管理和残留检测以及植物保护技术水平是影响河北省农村地区农药安全使用的主要因素。在此基础上提出了相应的对策和建议。

And then the relevant countermatures and recommendations were proposed.
