摘要
采用微波法提取杏香兔耳风总黄酮,对微波法提取植物有效成分的新工艺进行了系统探索。采用乙醇浓度(40%~45%)、固液比(1∶10~1∶40)、微波炉功率(200~800 W)、微波作用时间(5~20 min)进行L1(6 45)正交试验研究,结果表明,试验的最佳提取条件为:用80%乙醇为溶剂,料液比1∶20,微波功率600 W下微波提取20 min。在此工艺条件下总黄酮的提取率为5.12%。
Abstract Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) was used in extracting the total flavonoids from A insliaea fragrans Champ. The L16(4^5) orthogonal experiments were conducted with 4 factors, which were 40 %-45 % ethanol concentration, 1:10-1:40 solid/fluid ratio, 200-800 W microwave oven power and 5-20 min microwave extracting time. The optimum conditions were 80 % ethanol, 1:20 solid/fluid ratio, extracting 20 min under the microwave oven power of 600 W. Under this condition, the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Ainsliaea fragrans Champ was 5.12%.
