摘要
选用5对微卫星标记对玫瑰冠鸡进行多态性扩增,计算出这些微卫星标记座位的等位基因频率、多态信息含量、群体杂合度;通过标记多态性与生长性状的最小二乘法分析和多重比较,进行了微卫星位点与各生长性状间的相关分析。结果表明,5对微卫星标记平均等位基因为5.6个,最高为7个,最低为4个。微卫星位点ADL176的基因型188-196、200-200分别对12周龄的巨型玫瑰冠鸡的体斜长和胸宽有显著影响(P<0.05)。
5 pairs of microsatellite markers selected from the ARK chicken genome database were analyzed for polymorphism in rose cockscomb chicken. Allele frequency was estimated based on band presence or absence. Average heterozygosity (H) and polymorphism information content (PIC) were calculated by allele frequencies. Then, association between characters and markers was analyzed by least squares mean (LSM) analysis and multi-comparison of marker polymorphism and growth traits. The results indicated that the mean allele frequency of 5 microsatellite markers was 5.6, with the highest being 7 and lowest being 4. The genotype 188-196 and 200-200 with microsatellite marker ADL176 had a significant difference on two traits of the thorax width and stem length of rose cockscomb chicken at 12 week age (P〈0.05).
