摘要
对饲料中盐酸克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺的液质联用检测方法进行了研究。采用0.5%钨酸∶甲醇(80∶20)提取试样中的盐酸克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺,用Oasis MCX小柱净化,4 mmol/L乙酸胺溶液∶乙腈(80∶20)为流动相,用PDA检测器分离测定。盐酸克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺的检测限分别为1.05μg/kg和1.37μg/kg,平均回收率为89.7%和84.4%。该方法操作简单、结果准确,可用于测定饲料中盐酸克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺的含量。
Detection of clenbuterol and ractopamine in feedstuff was studied by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC/MS). The clenbuterol and ractopamine of specimen was extracted by 0.5 % tungstenic acid: methanol (80:20). It was then purified by Oasis MCX. The mobile phase was 4 mmol/L ammonium acetate :acetonitrile (80:20). PDA detector was used for separation and detection. Detection limits of clenbuterol and ractopamlne were 1.05 μg/kg and 1.37 μg/kg and the average rates of their recovery were 89.7 % and 84.4 %, respectively. The method was simple and precise,which could be used for the detection of clenbuterol and ractopamine in feedstuff.
