氟喹诺酮类药物残留检测方法研究进展

Research Progress of Detection Method for Fluoroquinolones Residue

已报道的氟喹诺酮类药物残留检测方法主要有微生物法、液相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、高效毛细管电泳法、液相色谱-质谱联用法、免疫测定法与免疫亲和色谱法等。就国内外有关FQs药物残留检测方法的研究进展进行了综述。

With the extensive application of fluoroquinolones in food animal, its residue toxicity attracted many countries＇ attention. A large amount of researches on the residue analysis of fluoroquinolones were carried out both at home and abroad. Detection methods which had been established for fluoroquinolones included microbiological determination method, LC, HPLC, HPCE, LC -MS, IA and IAC, which were all summarized in this paper.
