期货市场防范订单农业风险的机制探析

Discussion on the Mechanism of Guarding against Order Agriculture Risks in Futures Market

订单农业是现阶段农业产业化的一种重要实现形式,但在实施过程中普遍面临着信用风险、市场风险和价格风险。期货市场通过合约的标准化和交易保证金制度防范订单农业中的信用风险,通过为经营主体提供有效的避险工具来防范市场风险,通过价格发现机制防范价格风险。因此,应通过增加大宗农产品交易品种、完善粮食流通企业利用期货市场的金融政策等措施来推进期货市场和订单农业的进一步发展。

Order agriculture was an important form of agricultural industrialization in China, but generally facing credit risk, market risk and price risk. Futures market guarded against credit risk through contract standardization and margin transactions system. It also guarded against market risk through providing effective tools and guarded against price risk through price discovery mechanism. Therefore, further development of futures market and order agriculture should be promoted through increasing the varieties of primary agricultural products and perfecting financial policy of grain circulation enterprises.
