骨髓增生异常综合征患者的临床特点和预后分析

Clinical characteristics and prognostic analysis of patients with myelodysplastic syndrome

摘要 对91例骨髓增生异常综合患者进行回顾性分析,并进行分型和预后评估。发现骨髓原始细胞比例增高的患者生存时间短、急性白血病转化率高;FAB、WHO评分系统均能有效地评估患者的预后。
