健康教育在社区慢性病干预中的应用

Application of community-wide health education about chronic illness in primary care

目的探讨健康教育在社区慢性病干预中的效果。方法采用随机分层抽样的方法对辖区387名常住居民进行连续性多样性健康教育。结果健康教育后,居民的慢性病知识知晓率及危险生活行为方式改变程度较前均有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论健康教育是提高国民健康素质及社区开展慢性病干预的有效途径。

Objective To evaluate the effect of community-wide health education about chronic illness in primary care on disease prevention and health promotion. Methods A total of 387 residents in the area under our jurisdiction were enrolled in this study. They received health education continuously and multiply and answered a self-completion questionnaire after education. Results Residents who received health education about chronic＇illness in the primary care gained improvements in knowledge about disease and preventing health risk behaviors（P〈0.05）. Conclusion A community-wide health education about chronic illness in primary care has a positive influence on disease prevention and health promotion.
