颅内转移瘤57例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 57 cases with intracranial metastatic tumor

目的探讨开颅手术切除颅内转移瘤的治疗价值。方法回顾性分析本院近3年来手术切除的57例颅内转移瘤病例的近期治疗效果。结果57例中获得肉眼全切者46例(80.7%),次全切者9例(15.8%),部分切除者2例(3.5%);49例(85.9%)患者术后临床症状得到缓解,生活质量明显改善;5例(8.8%)无变化,其中2例患者为术前无症状者;3例(5.3%)恶化。结论开颅手术治疗对于脑转移瘤具有重要价值,不仅有助于明确病理诊断从而为进一步综合治疗提供指导,而且由于降低颅内压而能挽救部分患者的生命。

Objective To evaluate the effect of surgical intervention on the treatment of intracranial metastatic tumors. Methods Curative effects in the near future of 57 cases with intracranial metastatic tumors treated surgically in the recently past 3 years were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of all the 57 cases, 46 cases （80.7%） were treated with complete tumor resection under naked eye, 9 cases （15.8%） with hypo-eomplete resection and 2 cases （3.5%） with partial resection. Postoperative clinical symptoms improved markedly in 49 cases （85. 9% ）, were unchanged in 5 cases （8.8%） ,and were deteriorated in 3 cases （5.3 % ）. 2 cases had no symptoms before operation. Conclusion Surgical intervention is an important and valuable means in the treatment of intracranial metastatic tumors by confirming diagnosis to direct the further combined therapies and relieving intraeranial hypertension crisis to save some patients＇ lives and to improve the qualities of patients＇ lives.
