摘要
目的探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者血清催乳素(PRL)、IFN-γ、IL-10水平的变化及相互关系。方法选择终末期尿毒症行MHD患者35例及健康对照者20例,于清晨空腹采血;采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定血清IFN-γ、IL-10的含量,放射免疫分析法(R IA)测定血清PRL浓度,全自动生化分析仪测定血肌酐(Scr)和尿素氮(BUN)。多元相关分析研究它们之间的关系。结果MHD患者血清PRL明显高于对照组,平均值达10倍以上(60.15±44.41 vs 4.92±3.63,P<0.01)。血清细胞因子IFN-r与对照组比较明显升高(P<0.01);IL-10与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多元相关分析表明MHD患者Scr与血清PRL(r=0.40,P<0.05)、IFN-γ(r=0.45,P<0.01)呈显著正相关。血清PRL与IFN-γ呈显著正相关(r=0.52,P<0.01),与IL-10呈显著负相关(r=-0.42,P<0.05)。血清IFN-γ与IL-10呈显著负相关(r=-0.46,P<0.01)。结论血清PRL、IFN-γ、IL-10水平的改变和(它们之间相互作用可能与MHD患者内分泌—免疫失调机制有关。
Objective To explore the changes and correlation of serum prolactin, Interferon - γ ( IFN - γ) and Interleukin -10 (IL- 10) levels in patients with uremia treated by maintenance hemodialysis (MHD). Methods 35 patients with uremia treated by MHD (the MHD group) and 20 healthy persons (the control group) were recruited for the study. Blood samples were collected after an overnight fast. The serum levels of IFN - r and IL - 10 were measured by sandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) , and the levels of serum prolactin was determined by radioimmunoassay using RIA kits. BUN and creatinine(Scr) were also measured by the full-automatic biochemical instrument. The multiple correlations were analyzed among parameters including prolactin,IFN -γ,IL - 10,BUN and Scr. Results The concentration of serum PRL in the MHD group were significantly higher than that in the control group(60.15 ± 44. 41μg/L vs 4.92 ± 3. 63μg/L, P 〈 0. 01 ). So was the concentration of IFN - γ ( 35.30 ± 18.23 pg/ml vs 14.45 ± 4.82 pg/m, P 〈 0. 011). There was no significant difference between serum IL - 10 level in the MHD group and that in the control group( P 〉 0. 05 ). The serum PRL level in the MHD group was positively correlated with the Set level( r = 0. 40 ,P 〈 0. 05 ) and so was the IFN - γ level( r =0.45,P 〈 0. 01 ). The serum PRL level in the MHD group was also positively correlated with the IFN -γ level (r = 0. 52,P 〈0.01 ) , however, The serum PRL level in the MHD group was negatively correlated with the IL- 10 level( r = -0.42,P 〈0. 05)and so was the IFN -γ level (r= -0.46,P 〈0.01). Conclusion Our data suggest that the changes and interactions of serum prolaetin,IFN -γ and IL - 10 levels probably play a role in the immuno-endoerine pathogenesis in patients with uremia treated by maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).
