摘要
通过对电脱盐进行内构件和电路改造,同时改变进料方式以实现快速电脱盐技术。在原油处理量由1.5Mt/a提高到4.0Mt/a时,脱后原油的平均盐含量由7mg/L降低至4.7mg/L,能够满足生产需要,实现了预期目的,并提出了进一步降低脱后原油盐含量的一些建议。
A quick desalting technique was reported in this communication after revamping the inner structure and electric circuit of the existing desalting tank, plus altering the feeding mode. As a result,the average salt content of the desalted crude decreased from 7.0 mg/L to 4.7 mg/L despite of the capacity increased from 1.5 Mt/a to 4.0 Mt/a. Measures for further reducing the salt content of treated crude were proposed as well.
