摘要
介绍了上海地铁4号线车轮的材料、机械性能、轮缘异常磨耗等情况,研究了轮轨系统不稳定、环行线路、车轮及轨道硬度匹配以及一系定位刚度等对车轮异常磨耗的影响,并提出了提高车轮硬度、列车定期换端运营以及安装轮缘润滑装置等解决措施。
The materials, mechanical performance and abnormal wear of wheel flange for Shanghai Metro No. 4 Line are described. The effect of wheel-rail system instability, circulation line, wheel and track hardness matching as well as the primary positioning stiffness on the abnormal wear of wheels are researched. The solution measures of improving wheel hardness, periodical end-changing operation of trains as well as installation of wheel flange lubrication equipment are put forward.
