摘要
为了实现卷烟机风力送丝系统送丝风速的稳定,方便设备维护和操作等,在卷烟机台上配置了风速监控仪。实测数据表明,与设定风速18m/s相比,应用风速监控仪的风力送丝系统的风速波动≤±1m/s,方便了卷烟机的操作及系统维护,提高了风力送丝系统的稳定性。
In order to stabilize the air velocity in pneumatic cut tobacco feeding system and facilitate system maintenance and operation, an air velocity monitor was installed on the cigarette maker. The structure and working principle of the monitor and the data communication between sub-station and station in the system realized by PROFIBUS-DP field bus were introduced. The measured data showed that by installing an air velocity monitor, the stability of pneumatic cut tobacco feeding system was improved, the fluctuation of air velocity was ≤ + 1m/s at the set velocity of 18m/s.
