PowerFlex 7000中压变频器在炼钢厂除尘系统控制中的应用

分析利用美国A-BPowerFlex7000型中压变频器对送风机控制进行改造的可行性,介绍变频调速原理及特点和在送风机控制中预期运行效果。分析表明,该中压变频器对于6000V,3150KW的高压大功率电动机可实现稳定调整,并且运行可靠,节能效果显著。

By analyzing and using the feasibility of modification with the U.S. type A-B PowerFlex7000 medium voltage transducer for blower cohtrol,the principle and feature of frequency conversion and the expected operation result in blower control are introduced in this paper.It is proved that the medium voltage transducer can stably adjust 6000V,3150KW high voltage high power with reliable operation and distinct saving energy effect.
