摘要
通过对６例尖端扭转型室性心动过速患者的监护，提出连续动态心电监护、维持水电解质酸碱平衡、严密观察病情变化、加强心理护理的重要性。
patients with ventricular tachycardia were monitored.The authors discussed the importance of continuous and dynamic ECG monitoring,maintaining water,electrolytes and acidbase balance,serious observation on the disorder and psychological nursing care in treatment of tachycardia.
