摘要 在阐述了机载用液晶显示器热设计重要性的同时,介绍了热分析的基本理论和方法。并根据热设计原理对某预研的机载用液晶显示器进行热设计,最后利用FLOTHERM及ANSYS对此液晶显示器进行了热分析,得出了现有条件下设备内部元器件的温度分布、平均温度水平及PCB的热应力。通过数值仿真,获得了满足热控要求的设计参数。 This paper described the importance of thermal design for airborne LCD and introduced the fundamental theory and method. The whole process of thermal design of an airborne LCD was carried out based on the principle, then the temperature distribution contour, average temperature and PCB thermal stress were obtained, by using FLOTHERM and ANSYS software to analysis the LCD. At last, design parameters fulfilling thermal control requirement were gained by numerical solution.
