摘要
提出了一种应用于航天器上的多功能结构设计方案,选取材料特性并注重结构部件之间的连接和装配方式。利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了以壳单元和体单元为主的MFS有限元模型,对结构进行了理论模态分析。参照环境试验要求,对结构受随机振动激励进行了动态仿真,确认结构的薄弱环节,为结构的进一步改进提供充分的依据。
It was introduced a new Multi - Functional structure model that paid great attention to slectiong material property, connection and assemble method between parts, therefore can be applied on spacecraft. MFS FEA model was built mainly with shell unit and solid unit with ANSYS software, and the structure dynamic under random vibration was simulated. The weak points that affected the structure seriously were found, and this data could provide the theoretical reference for the further analysis and design.
