摘要
基于CAD/CAM软件(Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire版)和数控加工仿真软件VERICUT,介绍了曲面模板的数字化设计与制造方法,比较了模板数控加工方案,结合加工精度的分析,兼顾效率的考虑,模板采用三轴数控机床加工完全可行。
This paper introduced the method about the digital design and manufacture of mould with complex surfaces, which was based on CAD/CAM software (Pro/E) and simulation software(VERICUT). It compared different NC machining schemes, analyzed machining precision, and considered the efficiency. At last it was concluded that it is possible to machine Mould with complex surfaces by 3-axis machine center.
