介绍半刚性电缆组件的装接方式,阐述半刚性电缆组件传统焊接工艺的方法,从焊接工艺对半刚性电缆组件可靠性的影响来分析引起电缆焊点开裂失效原因和解决措施,并对工艺过程加工方法和要求作了详细叙述。

This paper introduced the method to install the semi -rigid cable module, and described the conventional welding technology used to install the cable modules. According to the welding technology＇ effects on the reliability of cable modules, it was analyzed the failure reason causing the split of weld spot. At last, the solve method was presented, and the method and requirement of technical process are described in detailed.
