论我国网络著作权的侵权类型

On Types of Network Copyright Tort in China

目前网络上侵犯著作权的情况层出不穷,多数学者将网络著作权的侵权类型划分为上载、转载及下载侵权三类,但这样的分类方式不能囊括网络著作权侵权的所有类别。本文按照侵权的主体、内容和行为将网络著作权侵权划分为不同的类型,对我国网络著作权的侵权类型进行研究讨论。

At present the network copyright tort emerge one after another; most scholars divide the network copyright tout into three types ： upload, reprint and download, but such classified way cannot include all categories. According to the body, the content and the behavior of the tout, this article gives different types, and carries out discussion on it.
