摘要
简述了现代工厂电力综合自动化系统的要求，分析了昆明卷烟厂11OKV变电站综合自动化系统进行改造的必要性和可行性，并基于罗克韦尔自动化公司的ControlLogix架构，对该系统的改造技术方案进行了研究和设计。本方案完全符合昆烟的现代能源管理战略，能够很好地实现与动力部大中控系统的集成，为企业的信息化建设奠定了坚实的基础。
The article briefly states the technical requirements of modern factory about electric power composite automation system, analyses the necessity and feasibility of the system reconstructing of Kunming Cigarette Factory＇s transformer substation. And on the base of RoekweU Automation-made ControlLogix architecture, researches and designs the system＇s innovation technical project. The project completely accords with modern energy management strategy of Kunming Cigarette Factory, which enables to realize the integration with the large and medium controlling systems of power department and lays a solid foundation for the enterprise＇s information construction.
