摘要
在电磁成形中,成形线圈是使电能变成磁场能,使毛坯产生塑性变形的关键部件。介绍了平板件电磁成形的基本原理,分析了线圈电感对电磁成形效率的影响,以及几种典型的平板线圈电磁力的分布特点和线圈失效的几种基本形式。指出在平板件电磁时,应根据所需成形力的大小和分布来选择和设计线圈,从而提高能量利用率,延长线圈的使用寿命。
Forming coil is a key part to transform the electric energy into magnetic energy and to make the blank plasticdeformed during the electromagnetic forming. The principle of sheet metal electromagnetic forming was introduced, and the influence of the coil inductance to the forming efficiency, the distribution of electromagnetic force produced by some typical plane coils and the basic failure forms of coils were also analyzed. It is pointed out that in order to increase capacity usage ratio and coilse' life, its selection or design should be in accordance with the distribution and valuation of the forming force needed in sheet metal electromagnetic forming.
