高效多向斜滑块式铝管冲孔模设计

摘要 针对成形方铝管表面质量和孔位要求高,钻削加工变形严重和效率低的状况,分析了不同加工方法的优缺点,设计了一种多向斜滑块的铝管冲孔模具。介绍了模具的结构特点和工作过程。该模具利用斜滑块带动凸模对方铝管进行侧向冲孔,采用弹性复位,模具的4个凸模呈45°对称倾斜布置,并且4个冲头侧向同时冲孔。生产实践表明,冲孔质量稳定,生产效率高,是原来单冲模的4倍;模具结构合理、紧凑。由于4个冲头采用45°对称倾斜方式布置,可减轻模具的重量20%;模具动作可靠,安装调整方便,便于清洁。 A high efficient die with inclined slides for punching holes on the square aluminium pipe in different directions was developed in order to solve the problem of inefficiency and distortion in shape round the holes by drilling to meet the needs of the exact holes site and smooth surfaces. Advantages and disadvantages by different means were analyzed. The working process and structure characteristics of the die were described. Punching aided by inclined slides on the square aluminium pipe in different directions and at the same time, using spring reposition, four punches were fixed up in 45° inclined symmetry in the die. Practical application shows that the die is of high productivity and can ensure the product quality. The improved die decreases its weight by 20% and productivity is 4 times of the original one. The die structure is reasonable and compact, and it is reliable and convenient for fixing or adjusting and cleaning.
