圆柱齿轮镦挤成形约束分流的数值模拟 被引量:9

摘要 借助Msc/superform软件对圆柱齿轮镦挤成形中的约束孔分流、约束轴分流的成形过程进行了三维有限元模拟,分析变形过程中一些有代表性的状态点的速度云图、应力云图以及载荷曲线,得到成形过程中一些瞬间点的状态云图。研究表明,约束分流不仅可以使变形继续进行,而且合适施加约束,能够保证齿轮角部金属的填充;约束孔分流可以保证齿轮角部金属的填充,但是,成形力会随着成形过程的进行而增加较大;约束轴分流在齿轮角部金属填充饱满后,成形力增加的幅度不是很大。 With the aid of software of Msc/superform, the 3D finite element simulation of the forming course of restrained hole and axis split-flow in upsetting-extrusion forming of cylinder gear were carried out. Then, some velocity cloud charts, equivalent stress cloud charts and load curve were analyzed. In the forming process, some instantaneous points condition cloud charts was obtained, which might have certain instruction significance to the actual production design. The research result shows that the restrained split-flow is able to make deformation to be kept going and appropriately exerting constraint can guarantee the metal filling in the corner of gear. The restrained hole split-flow can also guarantee the metal filling in the corner of gear, but forming force will be bigger with the forming process being in progress and for the restrained axis split-flow, after the metal filling in the corner of gear, forming force increase is not very big.
