摘要
文章从大学生的个性内涵出发,研究了大学生个性的基本特征,着重探讨了大学生个性培养的三大原则:系统性、差异性和参与性原则。
Cultivation of undergraduates＇personality is a significant subject commonly explored by sociologists and psychologists. The paper studies the basic principles of institutionalization, distinctiveness and engagement to develop students＇ personality in terms of implications and traits of their individuality.
