高校教师思想政治素质评价研究

On the Evaluation of Political Consciousness of Teachers in Higher Educational Institutions

教师的思想政治素质和职业道德水平直接关系到大中小学德育工作状况和亿万青少年的健康成长,关系到国家的前途命运和民族的未来。《教育部关于进一步加强和改进师德建设的意见》中强调:要把“提高教师的思想政治素质”列为今后工作的主要任务之一。本文以高校为切入点,分析了教师思想政治素质评价的现状,剖析了教师思想政治素质的基本内涵,探索性地提出了高校教师思想政治素质评价的原则和方法。

The political consciousness and professional ethics has a direct bearing on the moral education of schools of various levels, the healthy growth of the students and even the future of the nation. In the Proposals on Strengthening the Professional Ethics by Ministry of Education, it is pointed out that the improvement of the political ethics of teachers is one of the tasks of the schools. This article is an analysis of the current situation of the evaluation of the teachers＇political ethics, the connotative definitions of the teachers＇political ethics and based on the analysis it puts forward the principles and methods of the evaluation.
