限食抑制肿瘤机理研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 自发现限制热能摄入(简称限食)能够延长啮齿类动物寿命以来,限食就成为人们研究的热点;除延长寿命外,限食还能减少多种老年性疾病以及肿瘤发生率,限食可降低自发性肿瘤、化学致癌物诱发的肿瘤、病毒所致肿瘤、B_(16)黑色素瘤细胞移植瘤及P(53)抗癌基因缺失型转基因鼠自发性肿瘤等发生率。
