摘要
剖析妇产科临床教学过程中产生的碰撞,并就此提出几点对策：完善医疗法律法规体系;加强医学宣传,转变就医观念;尊重患者的知情同意权;重视医德医风教育、医学伦理学教育、法律教育;重视教师自身素质的提高。
Analyzing and discussing the collisions and problems existing in gynecologic clinical teaching, we presented some solutions： perfecting the medical legal system; strengthening medical education; transforming people＇s concept of receiving medical treatments; vindicating patients＇ right to be informed; stressing the medical moral teaching; medical ethical teaching; law education, and improving teachers＇ quality.
