造纸湿部助剂的协调应用

摘要 结合Zeta电位测定结果,研究了不同性能单一化学助剂以及不同助剂共用体系对纸张强度指标的影响。结果表明:Zeta电位测定结果准确,有很好的指导作用;PEO、PAE对纸张干、湿强度有明显改善;同时,PAE/CMC、PAE/ As、PAE/APAM组成助剂共用体系可产生较好增效作用,较单独添加PAE其强度有一定改善,助剂最佳添加量为PEO 0.007%;PAE 1.7%,CMC 0.5%。 The influence of different additive system and different co-operation of the dual system on the paper strength were studied with Zeta potential apparatus. The resuhs showed that paper strength is improved by using dispersant PEO and wet strength agent PAE; the co-operation of the dual additives system of PAE/CMC, PAE/AS, PAE/APAM surpasses that of the PAE system. The optimal technological condition is as follows: dosage of PEO 0.07%, PAE 1.7%,and CMC 0.5%.
