计及变电站主接线影响的输电网可靠性评估系统 被引量:3

摘要 变电站主接线的可靠性对电力系统有着重要的影响,为了便于在输电网供电可靠性分析计算中计及变电站电气主接线的影响,在综合应用电力系统可靠性理论、图论和面向对象的计算机技术的基础上,研究开发了用于定量评估计及变电站电气主接线影响的输电网可靠性的软件包系统。介绍了该系统的设计开发思路、软件包工作流程和功能以及有关的主要技术特点等。最后应用该软件包对我国华东地区某城市计及变电站电气主接线结构的输电网进行了供电可靠性定量评估,结果说明了该软件包的实际应用价值。 To consider the impact of bus arrangement in evaluation of the reliability of transmission network, a quantitative assessment software package of power supply reliability for transmission network including the bus arrangement is developed based on power system reliability theory, graph theory and Object Oriented Program (OOP) technology. The functions and related key features are introduced. The quantitative assessment of power supply reliability of transmission network in a city of East China is illustrated. The result proves that this developed software package is valid.
