摘要
安全仪表系统是石油化工生产装置普遍采用的、用于降低过程风险的仪表系统。主要介绍其传感器子系统的失效率计算。计算采用了故障树方法,以压力变送器为例,就传感器子系统常用的结构:1取1结构、2取1结构、2取2结构、3取2结构分别作了安全失效率和平均危险失效率的计算,定量地说明同一种变送器由于采用了不同的物理结构而导致不同的失效率。
Safety Instrument System -- SIS is widely used to decrease the risk of the process in petrochemical plants. The calculation of the failure probability for sensor subsystem in SIS is introduced. To take the pressure transmitter as an example, the fault tree analysis -- FTA technique is applied to analysis the average probability of failure on demand -- PFDavg and the probability of failing of safety -- PFS for different architecture sensor subsystem, such asl out of 1(lool); 1 out of 2 (loo2) ; 2 out of 2 (2oo2) and 2 out of 3 (2oo3). As a conclusion, it gives us a quantitative idea that different architecture will cause different transmitter's failure probability.
