坏死增生性淋巴结病八例报告

Clinical Characteristics of Necrotizing Lymphadenitis

对8例坏死增生性淋巴结病的临床辅助诊断资料进行了分析。中青年居多。大多(6/8例)累及颈部淋巴结。约半数病例有轻度贫血和白细胞数减低。骨髓涂片检查2例组织细胞易见。3例血清乳酸脱氢酶和4例γ-谷酰转肽酶增高。淋巴结病理检查见灶性或大片状坏死区,主要位于副皮质区及边缘窦,部分有组织细胞增生及吞噬现象。该病应用皮质类固醇有效。

The clinical characteristics of eight patients with necrotizing lymphadenitis were analysed, the majority of them were middle-age and young persons. Common cold-like symptoms with a fever were often complained. 6/8 cases involved cervical lymph nodes. Mild anemia and leukopenia occu- pied about half the number of patients. Histiocytosis was seen in two cases on morphological examination of bone marrow. Serum LDH and γ-GT levels increased respectively in three and four cases. Histopathological features showed necrotizing areas of focus or great scale. The lesions were primarily in paracortical area and bordering sinus,partially presented hyperplasia and phagocytosis of histi-ocytes,and swelling of endothelial cells in small vessels also can be found. This disease may be effectively controlled by corticosteroid.
