银屑病患者血浆内皮素水平及其临床意义

Clinical Significance of Plasma Endothelin in Patients with Psoriasis

为了解内皮素与银屑病发病的关系,采用放免方法对24例银屑病患者的血浆内皮素水平进行了检测。与对照组比较,银屑病患者血浆内皮素水平明显增高(P<0.002);进行期患者内皮素水平明显高于静止期患者(P<0.001)。提示内皮素异常在银屑病发病中起重要作用。

The levels of plasma endothelin (ET) from psoriatic patients were measured by radioim-munoassay in order to understand the role of ET in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. The results showed tbat(1)the levels of ET in psoriasis was higher than those in control(P<0. 002),(2)in patients group, levels of ET in progressive stage were raised compared with those in stable stage (P< 0. 001). The results indicated that higher levels of ET may play an important role in abnormal mi-crovasculature in psoriasis.
