海水淡化和电厂水电热联产

摘要 地球上水的总储量是很丰富的,但能够被人类直接利用的淡水资源却非常少。全球目前已有14亿人口缺乏安全清洁的饮用水,即平均每5人中便有1人缺水用。21世纪将是争水的世纪,这已是不争的事实。海水(苦咸水)淡化是解决淡水紧缺的一条最有效的重要战略途径,已成为当今世界各国的共识。文章分析了人类水的形势、出路及海水淡化的原理和方法,综合介绍了世界和我国海水淡化研究及产业的现状和前景,指出人类淡水应用的广阔前景,并建议工厂尽早开发水电联产的汽轮机组,以拓展工厂产品的市场空间。 The overall reserves of water is very plenty on the earth, but fresh water resource which can be used by human directly is very little. At present 14 hundred million population is devoid of safe and clean drinking water on the earth, viz one of the average persons is short of fresh water for using. This is a fact that the 21 century will be a century of fighting for fresh water. Seawater is a most important and effective strategic approach to solve lack of fresh water, this is the consensus viewpoint of every country in the world. The principle and method of seawater desalting as well as the fresh water status are analysed in this paper. It also comprehensively presents the research of seawater desalting, the present condition and the foreground of this industry in the world and of our country. The steam turbine unit of producing water and electricity is suggested to be developed to open up the market space.
