摘要
农民问题的核心问题是农民利益问题。农民利益需要法律的保护。本文从当前新农村建设的实际出发,针对农民利益存在的机制缺失问题,提出了经济法保护农民权益的原则和制度。
The key question of the peasant question is the peasant interests. The peasant interests needed safeguarded by law. According to the reality of the new countryside building in current, be aimed at the system lacked question of the peasant interests, the author points at the principle and system of the economic law which safeguard the peasant rights and interests.
