紫苏提取物抑菌特性研究

Study on the Bacteriostatic Character of the Extract from Perilla Frutescens

分别以水、乙醇为溶剂,从紫苏中提取有效成分,对紫苏水/乙醇提取物的抑菌特性进行研究。结果表明,一定浓度的紫苏水/乙醇提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌及大肠杆菌生长都有较好的抑制作用,但对黑曲霉没有表现出抑制作用。

This paper studied the bacteriostatic character of the extract from perilla frutescens with alcohol and water. The results indicated that the extract with a certain concentration could inhibit the growth of B. subtilis, yeast and E, coli, but it shows no inhibiting effect of A. niger.
