海岛地区急救体制和医疗网络化建设初探

A primary study on the construction of a first aid and treatment network in the archipelago region

舟山市是海岛市，有居民９７．６万，设两区两县，面积为２２２１６平方公里，人口居住密度为７８７人／平方公里。县以上医疗机构１０所，分布在４个大岛上，５６个岛的医疗任务由村卫生室完成，还有一些岛屿无医疗机构，因此，岛上居民死亡原因是心脑血管病和意外创伤。为加强急诊服务，应改变单一医院急诊模式，设立“依托医院急诊模式”，不仅配备灵敏通讯装备，还应配备急救船和直升飞机，使之成为功能齐全、结构合理、设备完善的为社会提供急诊急救服务的网络化的独立实体，并能实施有效指标，彻底改变急诊急救现状。

Zhoushan is an island city with a population of 976000 inhabitants and a jurisdiction of 2 districts and 2 counties. The total area is 22216 square kilometers. The population density is 787 persons per square kilometer. Ten medical units above the county level spread over 4 big islands. The medical work of 56 smaller islands is carried out by village clinics. A few other islands have no medical unit at all. Under the circumstances, the death of the islanders is caused mostly by cardio cerebral vascular diseases which need emergency treatment. To improve the service, the hospital etereotype should be changed and a hospital supported network team be organized and equipped with not only highly sensitive communication devices but also speed boats and helicopters, ready to provide rapid and effective service.
