基于卫星编队的InSAR系统是一个多基雷达系统，依靠卫星编队构型形成干涉所需的基线。系统在一发多收的工作模式下，协同工作的雷达间必须建立时间同步、相位同步和空间同步。本文根据卫星编队条件下InSAR高程测量的要求，对时间同步的要求进行了研究，在此基础上，分析了时间同步对InSAR系统性能的影响。

InSAR system based on satellites formation is a multi - radars system, which depends on satellites formation to form the baseline needed by interference. The radars cooperated with each other should establish time synchronization, phase synchronization and space synchronization in the systemic bi -static mode. In this paper, the requirement on time synchronization is researched under the condition of satellites formation on the need of InSAR height measure. On the foundation of that, the influence on time synchronization to InSAR systemic performance is analyzed.
