摘要
目的:进一步完善组织对医药代表的管理。方法:分析医药代表的压力源,探讨医药代表的压力管理模式。结果与结论:实施有效的组织压力管理可以提高医药代表的工作绩效和保证组织的可持续发展。
OBJECTIVE: To improve organization' s management on medicinal representatives (MR) in China. METHODS: The source of the pressure of MR' was analyzed and the management model for the pressure of MR was discussed. RESULT & CONCLUSION: The effective management on the pressure of MR can enhance the work performance of MR and ensure the sustained development of organization.
