255份白假丝酵母菌感染患者的病历分析

目的:分析引起住院患者白假丝酵母菌感染的相关因素,为控制该菌感染提供参考。方法:根据细菌室提供的资料,对我院2005年1～12月255份白假丝酵母菌感染患者的病历进行统计分析。结果:共检出360株白假丝酵母菌,其中抗菌药物的使用率为98.04%,确诊为院内感染的病历为24.31%。结论:白假丝酵母菌感染患者与其使用抗菌药物、体质、年龄、基础病况、病程等均有关系。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the related factors causing candida albicans infections to provide references for the control of Candida albicans infections. METHODS. The case histories of 225 patients with Candida albicans infection collected from bacterial room in our hospital between Jan. to Dec. in 2005 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： A total 360 strains of candida albicans were detected; the rate of using antibacterials stood at 98.04%, and 24.31% were diagnosed as having hospital onset of infection. CONCLUSION： The factors causing candida albicans infections include the use of antibiotics, physical fitness, age, basic state of patients and the course of disease etc.
