西安市药店药学服务的影响因素研究

Factors Affecting Pharmaceutical Care in Drugstore:Survey of Xi'an City

目的:研究药师等对药店开展药学服务的影响因素的认知情况,探讨各影响因素的相互关系及其对药店药学服务的影响程度。方法:采用问卷调查法,应用结构方程模型,建立并验证西安市药店药学服务的影响因素的结构方程模型。结果:问卷调查回收率84.7%(133/157);所获数据能够较好地拟合结构方程理论模型;部分研究假设得到了验证。结论:行业发展对药店有直接的正向影响;药店对社会评价、在药店中推行基本药学服务、在药店中推行高级药学服务有直接的正向影响;药师状况对社会评价、在药店中推行中级药学服务有直接的正向影响。

OBJECTIVE： To explore pharmacist＇ s cognition on the factors affecting the drugstore-based pharmaceutical care（PC）, and to discuss the relationship between the influencing factors and the influencing degree of these factors on pharmacists. METHODS： A questionnaire survey was carried out among pharmacists in drugstores in Xi＇an city and a structural equation modeling （SEM） was formed to verify the factors affecting the drugstore-based PC. RESULTS. The questionnaire survey response rate was 84.7% （133/157）. The data obtained fit the theoretical model satisfactorily. Partial of the hypotheses have been proved. CONCLUSIONS： According to SEM testing results, the development of trade were positively related to drugstore; drugstore has a direct positive impact on social evaluation, the practice of basic PC and advanced PC in drugstores; the quality of pharmacists has a direct positive impact on the social evaluation and the practice of advanced PC in drugstores.
