摘要 对8份草地早熟禾材料的无性系构件形态特征及其生物量配置进行了初步研究。结果表明,分枝角度、基株分蘖数以及根茎数、根茎长度和叶宽是表达差异的主要构件;生物量配置格局总体趋势为茎和叶>根>根茎,但存在居群间特异性,反映出它们各自适应环境的生存策略,特别是生物量在根茎构件中的配置,不同的居群间变异较大,表明草地早熟禾的重要营养器官和繁殖器官——根茎在生存繁殖中的重要意义;由于不同居群间存在主要构件和生物量配置的特异性,从而为草地早熟禾的选育提供了丰富的遗传基础。 The morphological characteristics and biomass allocation of module of eight Poa prastensis populations were studied. The results indicated that the branching angle and the base tiller number as well as the rhizome number, the rhizome length and the leaf width are the primary member to express the difference about the experimental materials; A total trend of resource allocation is stem and leaf〉root〉rhizome, but different population has different pattern of resource allocation, re- sponded their respective survival strategy of adaptation to habitats. The variation between the different populations of the biomass in the rhizome module was especially big. This indicated that the rhizome played an important part in survival reproduction strategy. The specificity morphological characteristics and hiomass allocation between different populations provided a rich hereditary basis for the breeding.
