The article introduces more than ten years' experiences in the establishment of a psychopathic health clinic in a general hospital. The importance and necessity of such an establishment are emphasized from the model development of modern medicine, the requirement for the construction of the two civilizations, and the needs of the masses. The method of offering psychopathic advice through outpatient clinic, wardroom and telephone callis elaborated and with it the reaction of the general public on such and establishment.
