加碘食盐防治地方性甲状腺肿25年后残留病例病理分析

Pathologic Analysis of Salt with Iodine on Cases of 25 Years after Endemic Goiter

目的对加碘食盐防治地方性甲状腺肿残留病例进行病理分析，方法甲状腺Ⅱ度肿大的残留病例17例，对其中的11例作组织病理学研究。结果11例中男6例，女5例，年龄30-65岁，甲状腺肿的病程24-52a，病理检查发现，结节性甲状腺肿3例，结节性甲状腺肿伴钙化1例，甲状腺腺瘤7例（其中：甲状腺病伴出血、钙化者4例，甲状腺腺瘤未化变1例）。结论在地方性甲状腺肿残留病例中可能存在着结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤、甲状腺囊肿及其他甲状腺疾病。

Objective To analyze the pathology of residual cases with endemic goiter under salt with io- dine. Methods Pathologic research was applied to 11 cases with II scale of thyroid enlargement. Results Nodular goiter was found in 3 cases, nodular goiter with calcification in 1 cases, and thyroid tumor in 7 cases （ including 4 cases of parathyropathy with bleeding and calcification and 1 cases with no change in thyroid tumor）Conclusion Nodular goiter,Thyroid tumor and thy.roid cyst and other thyroid diseases may exist in the residu-al eases with endemic goiter.
