摘要
目的调查昆明市汉族人群无关个体9个STR基因座的遗传多态性发布,研究其在法医学检验中的应用.方法应用美国ABI公司AmpFSTRR profiler plus、identifiler试剂盒荧光标记复合扩增系统,应用3100 Avant遗传分析仪对昆明市109名无关个体血样的D3S1358、vWA、FGA、D8S1179、D21S11、D18S51、D5S818、D13S317和D7S820等9个STR基因座进行遗传多态性调查.结果获得昆明市汉族人群9个STR等位基因座遗传学参数.其基因型频率发布均符合Hardy-Weinlerg平衡定律,累计个人识别力(TDP):0.999 999 999 99,累积非父排除能力(PE)为:0.099 99 99.结论昆明市汉族9个STR基因座遗传等位基因高度多态性与中国汉族群体调查数据无显著差异,适用于个体识别和亲权鉴定.
Objective To investigate the distribution of the genetic variety of 9 STR loci in the unrelated individuals among the Hang nationality in Kunming and to study its application in the medicolegal examination. Method STR gene scan marked by fluorescence was employed. 3100 Avant genetic analytical instrument to make genetic variety investigation on the 9 STR loci of the 109 unrelated individual' s blood samples. The 9 STR-locus were D3S1358, VWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, DI3S317 and D7S820. Flesult The genetic parameters of the 9 STR allele loci were obtained. The distribution of the genetic frequency was in accordance with the Hardy-Weinlerg balance law. TDP and PE were 0.99999999999 and 0.999999 respec- tively. Conclusion There is no obvious difference in the genetic allele variety of 9 STR loci among the Hang nationality group between Kunming and China. The 9 STR loci can be applied to the individual and parentage i-dentification.
