摘要 脊髓损伤是脊柱骨折最严重的合并症,长期以来人们对脊髓损伤的治疗态度是悲观的,常规的治疗方法对脊髓损伤的治疗效果并不令人满意.骨髓基质细胞是骨髓内造血干细胞以外的非造血干细胞,近年研究发现这类细胞具有高分化潜能,有向神经细胞分化的能力,为脊髓神经损伤的修复提供了一条新的途径. The spinal cord injury is the most servere complication of spinal fracture. For long time the atti- tude toward the spinal cord injury is negative, and therapeutic efficacy of conventional treatment is not satisfacto-ry. In recent years, it is found that marrow stroma cell has well -differentiated potentiality, and it can differenti-ate into nerve cell, and then provide a new strategy to the reparation of spinal cord injury.
