摘要 全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)、多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)、弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)都不是独立的疾病,但它们是许多危重病发生发展的共同途径,并且在疾病发生发展过程中相互促进,从而严重影响着危重病人的救治效果.现就SIRS、MODS、DIC发生发展过程以及他们之间相互关系作一简要的综述. The systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and the multiple organs dysfunction syn- drome (MODS) as well as the disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) are not diseases, but pathogeme-sis. They are the common paths of many critical illnesses and lead to the high morbidity. They facilitate each oth-er and seriously affect the prognosis of the critical patients in the development of the illness. The article reviews the development and relationship among them.
