近年来由于CT、超声显像、MRI等影像技术的发展,手术显微镜及各项监测技术的广泛应用和对脑生理及病理生理知识的进一步认识,此外一些新型麻醉药品的问世,使很多危重、复杂的颅脑疾病有了外科手术治疗的机会,从而对麻醉医生提出更高的要求,使临床麻醉工作面临着新的挑战.对此进展作一综述.

In recent years, due to the development of CT, ultrasonography, MRI and so on, operative mi- croscope and various monitor are utilized, and further understanding on cranial physiology and pathology are re-sulted in. In addition, new type anesthetic come out, more cranial patients have chance of surgical operation. Thus anesthetists are confronted with new challenge. This article summarizes the recent development.
